I have had nipple pains for the last couple months and all the sudden i noticed if i feel around threres a little ball under my nipple

See a doctor : Well done for being aware of changes in your body. I do not know your gender but regardless of being male or female any changes in the breast or nipple should be seen by your family doctor who can decide how to investigate. Whilst there may be a very simple explanation a hard lump and itchyness could be a sign of something more serious. Please see your doctor as soon as you can.

Infection: Please kindly see your doctor as you might have a fluid containing cyst or pus containing cyst called abscess.

Breast exam: This must be examined; however, this "sounds" like a breast cyst. You need an exam and possible an ultrasound, This is a common finding in developing young women.
