Is nuclear stress testing or echo more accurate for calculating ejection fraction? nuclear says 67 percent echo says 48.

Both: They can both be correct if done at separate times.

EF: Ejection fraction can vary depending on the type of test done (echo vs. cath vs. gated nuclear stress). Nuclear MUGA scan is most accurate since is depends on counts rather than the geometry of the ventricle.
