Change your pill: Hopefully you are on a birth control pill. If so, we are in business. Every pill has a ratio of estrogen to progesterone. It can be 70:30 or it can be 20:80. The trick is to figure out what your body runs on the best. In your case, you need a pill with more estrogen to lend more support to the building lining - it is shedding too soon. Talk to your fp about a higher-estrogen mix in your pill.
