A member asked:

At barbar shop i got a slight cut on my neck. i am not sure he changed razor blade or not! almost after 15 min i got cut! chances of hiv?

Zero risk: Not a single case of HIV transmitted in the barber shop has ever been documented. Even hepatitis B which is far more transmissible on needle-sticks doesn't seem to get transmitted like this. Plus, any barber in his right mind will clean razors -- business would vanish if someone noticed he didn't.
