I am diagnosed with folicular retention cyst.is this dangerous and i dont get periods since 3 months?

3 months: I can't be sure how to answer until you let me know your age. If you are somewhere between 30 and 45 years old your periods should be regular. At an older age periods you may have entered into menopause. You must discuss this with your Gynecologist. Please keep me informed about these concerns.
