Discuss further: I recommend discussing further with you gastroenterologist. Metoclopramide can be a good medication, however if it is not working, then it might be time to move on to the next therapy if you have given it enough of a trial. Ask your doctor to review all the options that area available. Ask them to review the plan of care.
