Are veins easier to see under the skin in thin, fair skinned people? bsa 1.97

Sure: If one's skin is thicker, the skin tissue on top of the veins will make the veins less visible. If one's skin is darker, the darker color will make the veins less visible. Visible veins in the skin may or may not be normal, depending on the size of the veins, where they are, how they are shaped, and when they came to be more visible. A doctor can evaluate, if the veins are newly visible.
