Washing your: face shouldn't affect your eyesight. What kind of radiation exposure did you have? If xray, there is no need to wash out your eyes. If you work with radioactive substances(e.g. a nuclear medicine tech) and were splashed in the eyes, wash them immediately and take action according to your facility's Radiation Safety protocols
