Confirm diagnosis...: Rashes on your scalp can be due to a variety of causes. Atopic Dermatitis (or Eczema) presents relatively rarely as scalp rash. Consider Sebhorreoic Dermatitis (small flakes can be itchy), Psoriasis (larger white flakes) Folliculitis (infection of hair follicle).
