Possibly arthritis: if you are having joint pain all over, then you may have arthritis (inflammation of the joints). This can be due to many things (sometimes viral infections can also cause your joints to ache). Unless you have been working out extra hard/wt lifting etc, I would see your Dr to have your joints examined, and get some blood work to determine the cause if it is not apparent during the exam.
