Muscle twitch?: If you are experiencing a visible fluttering of the skin on the right side of your abdomen, this could be a benign muscle twitch. These can occur for a variety of reasons, that are usually not a sign of serious illness. If you have pain or tenderness, or other symptoms, talk to your doctor!
