I have one swollen inguinal lymph node. its soft, moveable, about 1 cm, & heart shaped. it could be 2 that are matted. its hard to tell. causing panic

Groin lymph nodes: Don't panic. These nodes are usually the largest in the body because they are located in an area that isn't clean and they have to manage a lot of activity. If they don't hurt and you don't have any new symptoms (vaginal discharge or foul odor), then just keep an eye on it/them. If painful or not going away, you can show a doctor.
