Possibly: Although not a replacement for conventional, evidence based cancer treatments, fermented wheat germ extract looks safe and may have real anti-cancer efficacy: http://www.Ncbi.Nlm.Nih.Gov/pmc/articles/pmc3179707/.

Fermented wheat germ: This is a nutritional supplement with some good nutrients that's cheap to make and sell to support cancer patient nutrition in some countries. The websites suggest that this is "clinically proven" to actually affect but for animal and human work, there are only a few preliminary studies in obscure journals. The ads seem misleading and i'd be reluctant to reward people like this with my money.
