I think it's safe: The idea that a small amount of asbestos in talc causes ovarian cancer has been around since I was a med student in the 1970's, and is popular with tort lawyers, but it doesn't make sense and seems only to be supported by studies that invite bias. These are the ones in which anything can cause anything. Stop worrying.
