Need more info...: What are his current renal function and general health state and drug use? Was renal biopsy done under IV sedation or other anesthesia? An uneventful renal biopsy (without major bleeding which is rare) alone should not leave such lingering effect but the factors mentioned above may induce variable lingering effects. How long can it be? It widely varies. So, watch, wait, and see for now; but still.
