No need: That you "know someone" with a rare problem (heart or any other) is meaningless. If someone you know were struck by lightning, would you be more likely to be struck yourself? If you have no symptoms and no family history of early heart disease, you don't need testing and it probably would be expensive, without insurance coverage. Speak with your PCP if you remain concerned.
