It sounds like a: contact dermatitis or allergic reaction at your earlobe. Do you wear pierced earrings? If you do,stop wearing them immediately. Get a steroid cream or ointment from your Dr.to relive these symptoms. Also try benadryl (diphenhydramine) to relieve itch and swelling.
