See answer: So-called "congestive prostatitis" usually reserved for those men with symptoms of prostatitis, possible hx of prostate fluid urethral discharge due to overflow, a "boggy" feeling gland on digital exam, and usually (but not always) associated with and due to infrequent ejaculation (sexual and mastubation). Some "stimulated" men with regular ejaculation just produce high amounts of prostate fluid.
