Change ur routine: Choose the time u want to go and go sit on the loo. Give it some time and try to strain to empty some stool. Do that every day for a few weeks and you will reset your body clock as the body learns that your bodies demand for bowel mvmt has shifted. It will then prepare itself to move ur bowels that new time.

Try after eating.: Eating causes a reflex urge to have a bowel movement (called the gastro-colic reflex). Try to have a BM shortly after eating in the AM or after ones mid-day meal. If one has a hard stool, try taking Metamucil (crushed psyllium seeds) with water or juice once or twice daily.
