Soap and water: Daily shower with mild soap. And use fingers to wash glans rather than a rough wash cloth. If you are not circumcized try this little trick I had soldiers do when in the field. When urinating, pinch the foreskin closed, allowing the urine to wash the glans. Should be able to do it 3-4 times during urination. At end of day....use soap and water.
