Middle age problem: Get plenty of exercise, eat well, get plenty of rest, avoid multiple hours in front of computer, avoid smoking or smoke filled rooms, avoid too much sun exposure. Sometimes even following all these guidelines thin skin can reveal underlying veins. If these are normal veins they will be hard to remove. If they are spider veins then laser treatment may be available. A photo would be helpful.
