Pain, stress: That is fast but well below the maximal heart rate a 31 year-old woman will normally have during exercise. Similarly, it's normal for significant pain or stress to cause a spike in blood pressure and heart rate (you may be familiar with the fight or flight response), and as long as it return to normal when at rest, then this is a perfectly natural and healthy response.
