Ganglion cyst: On knuckle where tendon bent over a joint - is common area where cyst in tendon sheet ( protective layer of tendon) may develop. Either form repetitive motion ( as texting...) try cold compress, avoid overuse. Do not push on it. if no better in few weeks to if red and painful - see doctor.
