Expected: The "morning after" pill or plan B contains a high amount of progesterone. It makes your uterine lining incompatible with a potential embryo (temporarily). It commonly causes irregular bleeding the month that you take it. I would still check a pregnancy test about 2 weeks after the condom failure to verify that you're not pregnant (unlikely).
