A doctor has provided 1 answer

Remnant of hymen: This may be a remnant of the hymen, which is a thin membrane inside the vagina of young girls. It ruptures sometime during childhood (usually just by normal activities of playing), and after that the blood from the uterus can flow out during your periods. There is nothing you need to do about it. If it doesn't hurt, don't do anything. It may recede over time. It's nothing worrisome.
