Got a lump on the upper right inside of my labia, its the size of a bouncy ball, moveable, squidgey and under the skin. not sexually active. no pain?

Probably a: Bartholin cysts: usually a vaginal or vulva lump, rubbery to soft and filled with fluid. These usually require surgical drainage and placement of a Ward catheter tube to promote drainage. Please see your GYN asap.
