Maybe. Maybe not.: In order to "drip", a person would have to be moving in some direction or be in the presence of gravity. Since people don't poop on-the-run, we can ignore a "moving" case and just look at a "gravity" case. Gravity makes stuff "drip" downwards, meaning if one's vulva is lower than anus (when seated), anal blood can drip DOWN to vulva. If vulva is higher than anus, anal blood won't drip UP to vulva.
