No!: More info is needed here. How long have u actually had DM? How was the diagnosis of diabetic neuropathy made? Only 1 side? Neuropathic pain usually occurs at rest/times when we are off our feet, particularly at night. Pressure may actually help the pain (or worsen it). What u describe is concerning for some form of foot injury or a cond called Charcot foot. U need a good foot exam soon!
