Anti-emetics: There are medications that help to decrease nausea and vomiting. You will need to consult a clinician to get a prescription. In the meantime take sips of rehydration solution. You can by oral rehydration salts and mix them with the indicated amount of water to make the solution. It is important that you don't get dehydrated as that can also make you vomit more. Best wishes for a speedy recovery.
