See below: Probable early onset of a boil/furuncle/abscess usually related to an infected hair follicle or sebaceous cyst of the scrotum. At home treatment includes keeping scrotum clean and warm moist compresses to help it either resolve or "come to a head." Manually "squeezing" the boil potentially more harmful than helpful. If worsens, see MD for possible antibiotics and/or incision and drainage.
