Breast skin rash?: Given the family history of breast cancer, it would be wise to schedule a consultation with your provider to perform a breast exam and mammogram if indicated, but, usually, what you describe is likely to be a skin "rash" ( dermatitis) and not indicative of any underlying abnormality.
