Fatigue: Taking excessive amounts of caffeine is not good for health. There are various reasons to feel tired including but not limited to inadequate sleep or poor quality sleep, inadequate or inappropriate nutrition, vitamin deficiencies, thyroid problems, iron deficiencies, stress, depression and so on.
