Bulge in belly: It is possible this is a hernia. If if is painful, or associated with bowel changes, growing, unable to push it back in or fever you should seek medical attention immediately. As long as not issues as above, people can live long and healthy lives(more cosmetic). Given your previous surgery, likely sutures and scar tissue has weakened in the area causing this. It can be repaired. See ur doc.
