Getting worse?: If the pain is getting severe then you will need to be seen sooner. My first concern is pregnancy, especially a tubal pregnancy or a miscarriage. Another possibility is that an ovarian cyst has formed. Those tend to resolve with time. Another possibility is appendicitis. That is usually associated with nausea and vomiting. Check a pregnancy test for sure. If pain getting worse then go to ER
