A member asked:

Hemoglobin, hematocrit, neutriphils high. what does this mean? severe pain in knees. feels like knife forcing the bones apart. exhausted.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Abnormal hemogram?: Without further details, it is hard to pin this one down. At your age, I would ask for a complete CBC evaluation to rule out a myeloproliferative disorder. The knee pain may be related , or may represent a separate malady, including infectious and autoimmune disorders. You should consult your provider and ask for a more extensive work up to follow up on all the signs and symptoms you describe.
