What are the complications of moles?

Rarely...skin cancer: Moles can be flat or raised, smooth or irregular. Often they may have hairs growing from them and be either pigmented or not. The major issue with any mole is whether it represents a skin cancer. The most important type of skin cancer to recognize is Melanoma. Beyond that, they are either a cosmetic concern or can become irritated and bleed from clothing abrasions along waist or bra lines.
