Mgt: There may be localized blood in the area from inflammation of the lining of the upper airway. I would suggest seeing an ENT specialist soon. Other causes include bronchitis, pneumonia, TB, particularly if you have pulmonary symptoms. Please avoid acidic foods/drinks and rinse with an antiseptic mouthwash.
