About 12 hours: is best not to take to NSAIDs at the same time this only increases your risk of kidney damage stomach ulcers G.I. bleeding and liver damage. This does not improve the effectiveness or the ability that these medications have to relieve inflammation pain and fever. Both aspirin which is the active ingredient of goody powders and Aleve (naproxen) are NSAIDS. I recommend a sHealthtap visit for advice
