Unlikely if you're: ...on the pill. I guess you mean protect b/c you're on the pill but "unprotected" b/c you didn't use a condom (?) A pregnant should help with your question. If the severe cramps persist, please see a doctor. You need to be sure that you haven't gotten an STD. Best wishes. Dr. Anne.
