A member asked:

Does a kenalog (triamcinolone) injection leave a temporary nodule in the eyelid?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Injection: It can if the injection was in the eyelid as some bleeding can occur and turn into a blood clot under the skin. The clot will eventually dissolve on its own. Obviously if the kenalog (triamcinolone) was injected elsewhere it wouldn't produce a lump in another part of the body.
