Hair or ear?: Eczema by itself no. But staph and colonization with other bacteria is common in individuals with eczema. Skin breakdown from eczema may lead to an infection and thereby cause lymph node swelling. Many other things can cause lymph node swelling. Suggest discussing it with your doctor if its been more than 2-3 weeks and NT improving.
