Brown discharge: Brown discharge may mean you have an STD and may require a pelvic exam, with testing and treatment of an infection. It may also signify some irregular bleeding, perhaps triggered by hormonal changes associated with ECP. Get a pregnancy test done, and tests for cervical infections with your PCP, GYN or an urgent care center
