Uncontrolled anxiety: You already know the answer. You have to cut out the caffeine. It is making it impossible for you to sleep, which causes ongoing fatigue. Also, caffeine worsens anxiety because it is a stimulant. Maybe try weaning yourself on a weekend, or take some sick days from work, so you can sleep. Use tylenol (acetaminophen) for the caffeine-withdrawal headache. Good luck!
