Yeast? STD? Herpes?: This could be an allergic or chemic reaction of some sort, or an infection, such as rather severe yeast; or perhaps genital herpes, if at risk for STDs. Pain in the lower abdomen also can go along with STDs, which can cause pelvic inflammatory disease (PID, infection of the fallopian tubes). See a doctor ASAP.
