Sinus disease: There are many possibilities here but the most likely is that you have sinus disease. Sinuses are located above, between and below the eyes and if they are affected by allergies or infections then they could be causing your symptoms. Typically sinus headache is worst when reclining as gravity cannot assist in draining sinus fluids. Therefore problem is worst in the AM upon waking.
