See your doctor asap: Asthma symptoms (cough, wheezing, shortness of breath) now with fever and chest pain is concerning and should be evaluated as soon as possible. You could have pneumonia, a bacterial infection in the lung. This can worsen quickly. An infection can also cause asthma symptoms to worsen as well. See your doctor for an exam and possible chest X-ray. He/she will give you appropriate treatment.
