What is vagina teared? i think my vagina teared. but i'm not sure about it. no bleeding but i see skin spilt under the vagin area. what should i do?

Do nothing: If you have something wrong in that area, it will hurt or bleed or itch or smell, etc. The 'skin' you see is what is called the hymenal ring. It usually looks like torn tissue, especially if you have had sex. It is normal. Google it:-)
