Just a thought: This sounds a bit like a local obstruction which is acting like a "ball valve" making "noise when you shift your position ...a BRONCHIAL ADENOMA (benign growth) and sometimes an 'inhaled" foreign body (eg peanut) can produce this "ball valve" effect..Check this idea out with your PCP (primary Care Provider) Just a thought .
