It sounds like you: ...have a vaginal infection. This can happen even if you've never had sex. Your symptoms suggest bacterial (BV) or Trichomonal vaginosis (Trich) rather than a yeast infection. While there is an OTC screening test & treatment for yeast, there's no reliable OTC test or effective treatment for BV or Trich. Please get prompt medical care for this. Best wishes. Dr. Anne
