Yes, entirely safe: Definitely safe. Look at it this way: at any time up to 20-30% of women have HPV and often without knowing it. They obviously take no precautions and still have entirely normal pregancies and healthy babies. That you happen to know about your HPV and CIN doesn't increase the risk. No problem!
